Description

The Prettiest Herb Drying Rack Around

Keep Dried Herbs and Flowers All Year Long

This handmade herb drying rack is the perfect solution to question of how to preserve fresh herbs. Created from stoneware clay and finished with knotted cotton cord and hand illustrated details, it is sure to bring beauty and elegance to your kitchen.

First, hang this herb hanging rack up in your kitchen window using a command hook and attach the clips provided to the holes in the dryer.  Each herb drying rack comes with ten clips that can be used to dry bundles of herbs or individual stems. After that, let your herbs dry for about one to two weeks. When they are dry enough to crumble, store them in an airtight container for later use in your favorite dishes.

The best way to dry herb is upside-down because it allows the essential oils to make their way down the leaves and stems which better preserves the flavor of your favorite herb. You can then store them for two to three years for use in savory soups or even aromatic teas.

  • Two tiers so that the herb hanger can dry even more herbs or plants at one time

  • Small so that it doesn’t take up a lot of space in your home

  • Each design is carefully screen printed independently so that no two are exactly the same

  • Includes 10 gold clips that you can remove or add based on the number of plants you are drying

  • height, 21 inches

  • 4.5 inches diameter (bottom ceramic holder)
