ORDER TIMELINE

Our shipping time is 3-5 business days upon receipt of your order. Each item is ready to ship unless marked as a “pre-order” at the top of the description of the product. 

 

PRE-ORDER VS. READY TO SHIP

Our products fall into two categories: ready-to-ship and made-to-order.

Ready-to-ship items are already made and will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Made-to-order items, on the other hand, are created upon request and typically take about 4 weeks to be made.

Please note that if your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we will send all items together in one shipment once the made-to-order items are ready.All our products are handmade and are served on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please review the product listing carefully to understand its availability status before placing an order.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The pottery you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.

 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR POTTERY

* hand washing

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* you wash it in the dishwasher. The items ARE dishwasher safe, but glaze on pottery can become cloudy depending on the dish detergent and water.

* is heated in the oven (unless otherwise stated)

Please use the dimensions in the listings to prevent errors in ordering.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are currently not taking custom orders. 

SHIPPING

Our company ships through the following carriers

* UPS, USPS, FEDEX

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all International products through USPS

Magpie Mischief  is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. 

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. 

* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. 

RETURNS

At Magpie Mischief, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you purchased our products from a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy.

Please be aware that our pottery is handmade and, while durable, is not indestructible. Any damage due to customer care will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 t business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@magpiemischiefshop.com 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should contact Anni Christie at admin@magpiemischiefshop.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
